...done at 2pm including a lunch break to wait for layers to cure. Seasonal Svending is complete, she is ready for storage next month.
2 passes of shampoo with Citrus Wash and Gloss at double the usual strength
Claying with CG yellow bar
Bird dropping etching and remaining water spots (there were lots initially but seems like the double citrus wash helped a lot) removed with SwirlX and Ultimate Compound
Glazed with CG Blacklight
Sealed with JetSeal
Finished off with Pete’s 53
Everything done by hand, didn’t have the polisher with me nor have an outlet, so the wheels are still dirty AF and the plastic pieces were not protect ed.
Bonus DOTPL: two rarely seen things.

She looks great.
Wheels can be brought back with some wheel cleaner and a fallout remover.
A fallout remover is fantastic for wheels as it really gets rid of that baked on brake dust and in behind the wheels (also good to go over the car with it every few months on the paintwork to remove any brake dust that’s embedded into the paint before it starts to blister).

Mine is in desperate need of a svending actually just being sprayed off would help. It’s drive bing me crazy that I don’t have the time to clean it. It’s been 4-5 months.

Yeah, I just got lazy... I do have some APC and iron remover, just need some elbow grease with the wheel brush. Or I can stock up on Sonax again.
I’ll probably do it when she comes out for summer again.

dam, I might have to ask you to help me do the lexus. I have no idea who to do polioshing or anything, and i’m terrified to fuck up the paint
